Regular Registration

Exhibitor
Includes 10x10 floor area, one 8’ skirted table, 2 chairs and electrical outlet (120v, 20 amp); entrance for one individual into all conference sessions, conference materials, refreshment breaks, and reception.

Cancellation Policy
100% refund if cancellation is received by close of business on November 1, 2009. No refund given after this date. Substitution may be made at anytime.
